ITC Hotels has launched its redesigned loyalty program, Club ITC. The company said the relaunched programme comes with greater benefits making its members "feel rewarded.'
The chain said the program offers 'transparency', 'recognition', and 'access' across all customer interactions at 140+ hotels spread over 90 destinations. Points do not expire for active members who complete at least one transaction annually. The newly introduced Platinum Select tier allows members to retain Platinum benefits for 15 years. The chain said moving to the higher tier is easier as the Club ITC program requires fewer nights for top-tier status.
"Club ITC is not just about points, it's about creating joy at every touchpoint—whether you stay, celebrate, or dine with us. With our new promise of Feel Rewarded, we are delivering one of the most transparent, inclusive, and value-driven loyalty programs in the industry," said Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited.
He said the program operates on a simple structure where 1 Green Point equals 1 Rupee, which provides clear value for the members.
Club ITC now offers increased earnings of 2 to 8% on stays and dining, compared to the previous 2 to 5% structure, the chain said in a statement. Milestone rewards recognize members throughout their journey, not only at tier upgrades. The new Club ITC proposition consolidates separate guest and booker programs into one unified program serving all segments. Members can now earn Green Points for not only their personal stays but also while booking for others, and events including weddings and social gatherings.
The Culinaire dining program is now a subscription plan offering 20% instant savings on food & beverage, spa services and laundry across participating hotels. In addition to the 20% savings, members can also earn up to 12% Green Points on F&B spends, plus curated vouchers including complimentary stays and buffets.
Members can convert Green Points to Marriott Bonvoy points at a 2:3 ratio for global hotel access. Points can also be redeemed against international travel house vouchers for flights and premium rides, expanding Club ITC into a travel program.
