Always put drops only after cleaning hands – The doctor said that the biggest mistake most people make is to put drops without cleaning hands. This may increase the risk of eye infection or irritation. Our eyes are very sensitive, so it is important to wash your hands thoroughly before putting eye drops.
Do not put more than one drop – Dr. Bhanu said that you should always put only one drop in your eye. If you add more than one drop, it is of no use. If your doctor has advised you to put two drops, you should put one into one eye and then the other.
How to put eye drops – To put eye drops, see above. Now pull down your lower eyelid with your hand. Then slowly put the drops in your eyes.
Keep your eyes closed for a minute – Dr. Bhanu told that after putting the eye drops, keep your eyes closed for at least a minute. This improves the effect of the medicine.
