Ingredients
Mixed Namkeen – 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green Chili – 1-2
Tamarind Chutney – 1 tablespoon
Mint Leaves – 7-8
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoons
Chaat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Black Salt – to taste
Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
Mustard Oil – 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate Seeds – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Recipe
First, heat a pan over medium heat.

Once the pan is hot, add the peanuts and roast them.
Once the peanuts are roasted, transfer them to a bowl.
Then, mash them, peel them, and put the seeds in a bowl.
- Next, finely chop the onion, green chilies, and tomatoes.
- Now, take a large mixing bowl or vessel and pour the mixed namkeen into it.
