• Access step-by-step guidance

Initially available in English, plans are underway to add multiple Indian languages to make digital payments more accessible to diverse user groups. The AI system can resolve common issues automatically, reducing resolution time and improving trust in digital transactions.

🌐 IoT Payments with UPI

With IoT-enabled UPI payments, users can now pay directly through smart devices like smart TVs, wearables, or connected cars. Payments for services like fuel, EV charging, or subscriptions can be authorized via voice, text, or automated routines, eliminating the need for a smartphone interface. This streamlines daily payments, saves time, and enhances user experience.

🏦 Banking Connect

Banking Connect provides an interoperable net banking solution for users frequently shopping online or transacting across multiple merchant platforms. Instead of navigating different bank portals or integrations, users can make secure transactions directly through their bank apps. It also supports standardized QR codes and intent-based payments, making merchant payments simpler without changing apps or accounts.

The Reserve Pay feature allows users to block a portion of their credit line or pre-approved credit for specific transactions. This makes recurring payments on e-commerce, food delivery, or ride-hailing apps smoother and more transparent. Users gain better control over credit usage, minimize overspending risks, and enjoy a more convenient digital shopping experience.
