Boeing 787 aircraft: Flight of all Boeing 787 aircraft of Air India banned, pilot organization demands from government

New Delhi . After the Ahmedabad plane crash, questions are being raised regarding the safety of Boeing 787 aircraft of Air India. In this sequence, the Indian Pilots Association has written a letter to Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu demanding a ban on flights of all Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft operated by Air India.

According to Hindustan Times report, the pilots organization in its letter has requested for a strict investigation of the Dreamliner aircraft, especially for the malfunction of the electricity supply. The letter said, “After the crash of the plane from Ahmedabad to London, many aircraft of Air India have malfunctioned. By not investigating the malfunction of this aircraft in the country, the lives of the passengers are being played with. The Pilots Association is once again appealing to the Honorable Minister that now all the Boeing-787 Dreamliners of Air India should be stopped from flying.
