Ways to make stuffed paratha the right way

Everyone likes parathas ranging from potato to paneer, and people also like to make them at their homes. Especially in winter, the consumption of parathas increases. Stuffed parathas are not only delicious, but they are also fun to make. However, many times the filling starts coming out while rolling the paratha, due to which people get upset. In such a situation, they try to make paratha by adding less filling, but its taste gets affected. In this article, we will tell you some useful tips, with the help of which you will be able to make stuffed paratha easily.

Ways to prevent paratha from bursting while rolling

– The dough for stuffed parathas should neither be too hard nor too wet. Add a pinch of salt and a little oil to the flour, then knead it. After kneading the dough, leave it covered for 15-20 minutes, this will prevent the paratha from tearing while rolling.

– Keep in mind that there should be no moisture in the filling. After grating the stuffing, squeeze out the water thoroughly or fry it and dry it.

While rolling the paratha, put the filling in the dough ball, seal it well and roll it gently.

– If the filling becomes wet, add dry flour or cornflour to it, or keep it in the refrigerator for a while. After the moisture reduces, roll it gently and cook it on a pan on low flame.

– If the filling gets wet, first roll two rotis. Then spread the filling on one roti and place the other roti on top and stick it. After this, sprinkle flour and roll it lightly, due to which both the rotis will stick with the filling and the paratha will be cooked well.
