Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma (IPS) took the salute and inspected the weekly/Friday parade at Reserve Police Lines, Churk in detail. The Superintendent of Police gave necessary instructions to the entire police force participating in the parade to remain physically and mentally fit, and also stressed on maintaining discipline and devotion to duty.

During the parade, Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma saw the grandeur of the parade and the march of the soldiers. He especially made the newly appointed/trainee (JTC) constables and policemen run a race with the aim of keeping them physically fit and developing a sense of uniformity and discipline among them. The main objective of inspecting the parade is to assess the efficiency, readiness and state of discipline of the police force.

After inspection of the parade, the SP thoroughly inspected the vehicles present in the police line, especially the vehicles from UP 112 and police stations. He gave instructions to ensure cleanliness of vehicles, their efficiency and availability of necessary equipment. Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma, while talking to the officers/employees, asked them to be conscious of their responsibilities.

He also gave several important directions to the force regarding maintaining law and order, effectively controlling crimes and behaving in a friendly manner with the public. On this occasion, other senior officers of Reserve Police Line, JTC constables and policemen were present. Taking the salute and inspecting the parade by the Superintendent of Police is an important step towards maintaining morale and discipline in the police force.
