Zoho’s new email platform
Recently, Zoho’s Arattai app has become a topic of discussion. This app has emerged as an indigenous alternative to WhatsApp. Next, Zoho has introduced its new email platform, Zoho Mail, which is ideal for users looking for a private and ad-free alternative to Gmail. The app is completely ad-free, with neither pop-ups nor targeted ads, giving users a clean and better privacy experience. Furthermore, it uses strong encryption technology, keeping your data safe from any unauthorized access.
This platform is becoming especially popular among professionals and small businesses, as it allows users to use their own custom domain name (like you@yourcompany.com).
Process to Switch from Gmail to Zoho Mail
– If you want to use Zoho Mail, follow the following steps.
– First, go to the Zoho Mail website and sign up.
– Create an account. You can choose between a free or paid plan.
– Then, go to Gmail, go to Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP and activate IMAP. This will allow Zoho to access your email securely.
– Now, import the data into Zoho Mail. For this, go to Settings → import and use the Migration Wizard, so that you can easily move your contacts, folders and emails to Zoho.
– Set up email forwarding in Gmail so that new emails arrive in your Zoho account and no mail or message is missed during the transfer.
