AI gives customers fast and accurate answers

Thomas Kurien gave an example of AI-based platform ‘Google Customer Engagement Suit’ Google Customer Engagement Suite. This platform helps customer service teams. According to Kurien, no clients using this platform have been deducted from the employees. On the contrary, AI does not need to call customers frequently as they receive fast and accurate answers. He said, “When we started this first, people asked – will not need agents now? But that didn’t happen. None of our clients have removed the employee.”

A positive approach to Google’s leadership

Kurien, who came to Google after working for more than 3 years in Oracle, is one of the Take Leaders who have a positive attitude toward AI. Recently, Google CEO Sundar Pichai has also said that the productivity of Google engineers has increased by about 5% due to AI.
