To make this recipe, first of all you have to prepare curd water. For this, keep the curd in the sun for 2 to 3 days. When yellow water separates from the curd, filter it. Now, soak the rice in this yellow water for 2 days. After this, filter and discard the rice. Now, add double the amount of aloe vera gel to it. Then add 2 teaspoons each of glycerine and rose water. Apply this mixture on your face and body. Do this for 7 days. Keep in mind that fill this mixture in a glass bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
