Global digital engineering leader Nagarro’s annual technology event, Flo 2025, turned its Gurugram campus into a hub of AI-led innovation from 19–20 September. 3,500 Nagarrians from over 30 countries, along with 230 guests from 59 organisations, came together to attend this year’s event, whose theme ‘Into the Future’ explored the next frontiers of the latest technologies.
The two-day programme consisted of 208 knowledge sessions, 118 lightning talks, four hackathons, and nine interactive booths, giving participants the opportunity to share expertise, experiment with bold ideas, and gain fresh insights on topics ranging from AI agents to quantum computing.
From high-energy hackathons where teams rapidly prototyped solutions, to demos like Project Doppelganger, which showcased AI-powered avatars mirroring participants’ voices and communication styles, Flo once again proved itself as a breeding ground for innovation and creativity.
Watch Here:Setting the tone on the main stage, co-founder and CEO Manas Human unveiled Fluidic Intelligence for Nagarro’s clients—a new way to unlock untapped intelligence by embedding AI into operations and achieving tangible productivity gains across projects. His keynote also called for enterprises to move beyond digital transformation and embrace a future where AI and human ingenuity co-create value.
Why Flo matters
For Nagarro, Flo is a medium to transform curiosity into capability, and capability into client-ready solutions. Ideas seeded here often transform into platforms, services, and delivery models that drive industries toward predictive data and agentic AI adoption.
By the close of Flo 2025, the larger takeaway was that the next phase of AI-led technology should be systemic, humanistic and future-ready.
