Material (Sabudana Masala Papad Recipe)
- Sabudana (small) – 1 cup
- Boiled Potato – 1 medium size
- Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1
- Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Rock salt – 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Green coriander – 2 teaspoons
- Water – as per requirement

Method (Sabudana Masala Papad Recipe)
- Wash the sago thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-5 hours or overnight. Keep in mind that there should be only enough water so that the sago gets soaked in it and absorbs all the water.
- Take soaked sago in a bowl. Add mashed boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies, green coriander, lemon juice, rock salt, black pepper powder and cumin seeds.
- Mix everything well and prepare a soft dough.
- Take a plastic sheet or butter paper. Take a little mixture and make round and thin papad with hands or with the help of a rolling pin.
- Keep all the papads at a certain distance so that they do not stick to each other. Dry the papads thoroughly in strong sunlight for 1-2 days. When they become completely dry and crunchy, store them.
- You can fry the dried papads in hot oil or bake them in the microwave/oven. In both the ways these papads become very tasty.
