Who cannot avail of this facility?

Women and transgender people from other NCR cities, including Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Faridabad, will not be eligible for the Saheli Smart Card. Even if they work in Delhi, they will not be eligible for this scheme. Additionally, women who commute to Delhi daily for work but live outside the city will also have to purchase bus tickets.

This card can be used exclusively by Delhi residents. Only women and transgender individuals who can show valid proof of residence, such as an Aadhaar card or a voter ID card with a Delhi address, are eligible.
