What are the eligibility criteria?
The educational qualification for this recruitment is a 10th pass. The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 25 years. Age relaxation is applicable for Extremely Backward Class (male), 3 years for Unreserved and EWS (female), and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
This time, the physical eligibility criteria have been changed. Male candidates from the Unreserved, EWS, and Extremely Backward Classes must have a minimum height of 160 cm and a chest girth of 81 cm. For SC/ST categories, the minimum height limit is 155 cm, and chest girth is 79 cm. For female candidates, the minimum height limit is 148 cm. The physical test has also undergone a significant change. Now, male candidates must complete a 1600-meter run in 6 minutes, and female candidates must complete a 1600-meter run in 10 minutes.
