Milk powder – 1.5 cup Coconut powder – 1/2 cup Sugar powder – 1/2 cup Milk – 1/4 cup Dry fruits – finely chopped Desi ghee

Take a bowl and add milk powder into it. After this add coconut powder, sugar powder and milk and mix well with your hands. Mash this mixture until the dough becomes soft. Now after making the dough, divide it into 2 parts. Take one portion, add dry fruits to it, knead it well and give it the shape of a roll.

Take a butter paper and apply desi ghee on it. Place the second part of the dough on it and give the bell the shape of a roti. Place the roll prepared from dry fruits on the roti and shape it like a roll. Apply silver work on it and cut and serve.
