India has achieved the feat of winning the 10th Test series against the West Indies. With this, India jointly topped the list of most consecutive Test series wins against any opponent.

Before India, South Africa have achieved the feat of winning 10 consecutive Test series against the West Indies between 1998 and 2024. Also, between 2000 and 2022, Australia has pocketed 9 consecutive Test series against the West Indies. Not only this, the Australian team won eight consecutive Test series against England between 1989 and 2003, while Sri Lanka won eight Test series against Zimbabwe between 1996 and 2020.

West Indies have lost six consecutive Test matches against India on Indian soil. The losing streak against the West Indies in India began with Darren Sammy at the helm. Darren Sammy is currently the coach of the West Indies team.

India reached the target of 121 runs for victory in 35.2 overs with seven wickets to spare. Opener KL Rahul has scored 58 not out in this innings.
