1. Fresh fruits and vegetables

5. Drink enough water

To keep the kidneys healthy, the most important thing is to drink adequate amount of water. Water is the main medium for removing toxins from the body. At least 8-10 glasses of water should be drunk throughout the day so that the kidneys can function properly.
