One of these schemes is Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), which provides free treatment facilities to the poor, needy and economically weaker section of the country. How to make Ayushman card

If you are eligible, you can get Ayushman card made in three ways:

• Online application through official website or Ayushman App.
• Get the card made by visiting the nearest CSC (Common Service Centre).
• You can also start the application process from the help desk of the hospital.

After checking your eligibility at the CSC centre, the application process is completed and within some time your Ayushman card is ready.

• This treatment can be done in any registered government or private hospital.
