Uttarakhand News: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today distributed appointment letters to the newly selected Assistant Review Officers and Review Officers in the Revenue Council at the Camp Office located at the Chief Minister’s residence. On this occasion, the Chief Minister extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the newly appointed personnel. He said that receiving this appointment letter before Diwali is a special occasion of happiness for the newly appointed employees and their families. The Chief Minister also congratulated his family members for this achievement.

The Chief Minister said that in the last four years, more than 26,500 youth have been provided government jobs in the state. He said that the aim of the government is to continuously carry forward the recruitment process in the form of a campaign based on transparency and merit in the state. The Chief Minister said that some time ago an incident to the examination held in Haridwar had come to light, on which prompt action was taken and the accused was arrested and SIT investigation was constituted. After this, considering the sentiments of the students, the Chief Minister himself met the students and as per their demands, canceled the examination and recommended a CBI investigation. He said that all the competitive examinations have been conducted with complete transparency and fairness during the past years in the state. There is no room for any kind of irregularity or corruption in the recruitment process.

The Chief Minister said that after the formation of the government, he started the campaign to fill the vacant posts through a transparent recruitment process, as a result of which today thousands of youth have got the opportunity in government service. He said that the government will continue the recruitment process as a campaign with full transparency. Chief Minister Dhami told the newly appointed employees to consider government service as a medium of public service. They should follow complete loyalty, honesty and transparency in their work. He said that it is necessary to bring simplification and speed in the works, so that the public gets quick and easy services. On this occasion, Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan, Secretary S.N. Pandey, Additional Secretary Ranjana Rajguru, Revenue Council officials and newly appointed Assistant Review Officer and Review Officer were present.
