(Read) — Just a day before its official unveiling in China, the complete specifications of the upcoming iQOO 15 have surfaced online. The leak comes from popular tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, revealing nearly every detail about the flagship smartphone.

According to the leak, the iQOO 15 will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LEAD AMOLED 8T LTPO display with a 2K+ (3168 × 1440p) resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The flat panel will have rounded corners, 1000 nits of manual full-screen brightness, and an AR (anti-reflection) coating. It will also include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking.

Powering the device will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with a Q3 chip for improved gaming graphics. The smartphone will house a large 7,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

For photography, the iQOO 15 will sport a triple rear camera setup, led by a 50MP main sensor (1/1.56-inch), accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. On the front, it will feature a 32MP selfie camera.

The device is also said to include a large x-axis linear motor for haptic feedback, symmetrical dual speakers, a USB-C (Gen 3.2) port, and an advanced 8K VC heat sink. It will carry an IP68/69 rating for dust and water resistance. The iQOO 15 will come preloaded with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The official launch event for the iQOO 15 is set for October 20 in China.
