Use lukewarm water-
We should take special care of the temperature of water while washing our mouth and bathing. Water plays an important role in keeping your skin hydrated. Therefore, you should pay attention that the water should neither be cold nor too hot. Therefore you should wash your mouth with lukewarm water. This will reduce the problem of dryness.
Coconut oil keeps your skin hydrated. Due to the fatty acids present in it, it seals moisture in the skin. By using it your skin also becomes soft and supple. For this, massage your body with coconut oil immediately after bathing.
Apply aloe vera gel-
Aloe vera gel has anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties. Applying it on your face will give you relief and it will nourish the skin. For this, massage the aloe vera gel in circular motion for 7 minutes. This will reduce your dryness problem.
