The 10-year-old Ishit Bhatt has been making headlines for the past few days. His appearance on KBC 17 did not sit well with the audience and he was soon labeled as an arrogant child for his rude behavior towards host Amitabh Bachchan. The fifth grader’s abrupt tone and constant interruptions while interacting with Bachchan quickly went viral triggering a wave of online criticism. Following this he suffered massive backlash and netizens also raised questions about parenting. Now a week later a video shared by an Instagram account named @ishit_bhatt_official featured the young contestant extending a heartfelt apology. The clip captured Ishit asking for a photo with Amitabh Bachchan who graciously agreed. Along with the video Ishit posted a note apologizing for his behavior. “Hello everyone I want to sincerely apologise for my behaviour on Kaun Banega Crorepati. I know many people felt hurt or disappointed by the way I spoke and I truly regret it. At that moment I got nervous and my attitude came out completely wrong. It wasn’t my intention to be rude — I respect Amitabh Bachchan sir and the entire KBC team deeply” the post read.
