
New Delhi: Former Indian captain and legendary batsman Sunil Gavaskar has defended Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli despite their poor performances in the first ODI against Australia. The pair teamed up after nearly seven months in Perth but failed to live up to expectations. Rohit scored just 8 runs while Kohli was dismissed without scoring.
