Drinking enough water during pregnancy not only maintains skin elasticity but also reduces the risk of many problems like urinary tract infection, swelling, headache and premature labour. Pregnant women should drink at least 3 to 3.5 liters of water a day. If drinking water seems boring then you can also take coconut water, lemon infused water or light soup.

In another viral video of Parineeti, she was seen making tomato soup and cheese toast. He told that he liked light but nutritious food at night. Tomato soup and cheese toast is a perfect meal for pregnant women. It contains Vitamin C, antioxidants and proteins which keep immunity, skin and muscles strong. Tomato soup provides hydration, vitamin C and antioxidants to the body, which boost the immune system. At the same time, cheese toast is an excellent source of calcium and protein, which is very important for the development of bones and muscles of the child. Parineeti always relied on homemade food. She told that during pregnancy, she made meditation, light walk and music a part of her daily routine. She says that when you are happy, your child also feels that positive energy.
