Frozen Shoulder Treatment: A busy life and long hours of work sitting at the computer in the office make a person ill. Apart from office, people also spend hours on phone which proves to be harmful. There is difficulty in even turning over and moving the hands. This condition is called frozen shoulder. In Ayurveda it is also called Avabahuk Shool.

Symptoms of Frozen Shoulder

Here the problem of frozen shoulder i.e. in Ayurveda Avabhuk Shool has been linked to Vata dosha and Kapha dosha. It is said that, when Vata dosha and Kapha dosha become unbalanced in the body, muscles and bone joints become weak and fat starts accumulating on them. In this condition, you see many symptoms which indicate the condition of this disease. This condition includes pain in the joints, stiffness in the muscles, strain from the shoulders to the neck and in the worst case, inability to bend the neck. There are many reasons for the occurrence of Avabahuk colic, such as eating too much fried food, drinking less water, doing heavy or heavy lifting work, sitting in one position for a long time, or staying in water for a long time.

Know the ways to get relief from problems in Ayurveda

In Ayurveda, many ways have been suggested to get rid of this problem Avabahuk Shool. Which you can do easily at home.

  • First of all let’s talk about getting relief from pain through oil and massage. You can massage the strained area with sesame oil, Dashmool oil or Balashwagandha oil. Massage daily for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. This will increase blood circulation in the muscles and provide relief from pain and stiffness.
  • Apart from this, you can do bandage sweating. For this, you can use a hot strip and apply steam and cook it with the help of a pan.
  • Relief can also be found by consuming some medicines and household items, like turmeric milk, which will reduce muscle stiffness and provide relief from pain.
  • Apart from this, Giloy juice is also beneficial. Drinking Giloy juice on an empty stomach in the morning will increase immunity and also strengthen bones.
  • You can also take Ashwagandha and Yograj Guggul powder. Both the powders can be taken separately before sleeping at night, it provides relief from pain and swelling. Along with this, bathing with hot water will also provide relief.
