In such a situation, the Government of India has started Ayushman Yojana to provide free treatment facilities to the people. Under this scheme, people can get their Ayushman card made and avail this facility. Under this, the government bears all the expenses of your treatment.
Treatment facility through Ayushman card is available in every hospital, whether private or government, so that every person can take advantage of it. However, most of the people remain confused about whose Ayushman card can be made and whose not? In such a situation, let us tell you how to find out in one click who can make Ayushman card?
Who can make Ayushman card?
On making Ayushman card, people get the facility of free treatment from the government, but there are some eligibility criteria for this, only under which you can avail this facility. Its benefit can be availed by those people whose names are included in the SECC 2011 list or who are considered eligible in the records of the National Health Authority. Apart from this, those who work in the unorganized sector, come from the poor class, do not pay taxes, whose financial condition is not good, who do not even have their own house, who do not get the facility of PF and who do not get the benefit of ESIC, all of them can get this card made.
Along with this, you can also check it by visiting mera.pmjay.gov.in website. By going to this portal you have to click on “Am I eligible”. Then you have to enter your mobile number, enter OTP and verify. Then you have to fill your information like state and district. If your name shows in the list then you are eligible, otherwise you cannot avail this facility.
How to get Ayushman card made?
- First of all you have to go to the government portal beneficiary.nhai.gov.in.
- Login there using your mobile number and complete the verification process by entering OTP.
- After login, the beneficiary dashboard will open, where you have to search by entering your name, state, district and Aadhaar number.
- After this the list of your family members will appear. You have to click on the action button given next to their name.
- The e-KYC process has to be completed by giving OTP through Aadhaar number.
- After this, if your Aadhaar verification is successful and the matching score is 80% then Ayushman card will be approved.
- After this, go to Capture Photo and click on it and upload the photo.
- Then fill all the information in the new form and submit it.
