Conversational automation unicorn Uniphore has raised $260 Mn (around INR 2,279 Cr) in its Series F funding round to accelerate innovation on its AI and data platform – Business AI Cloud.
The funding round saw participation from notable investors like tech giant NVIDIA, Advanced Micro Devices (ADM), cloud-based data storage company Snowflake, and software giant Databricks. Besides, investors like New Enterprise Associates (NEA), March Capital, BNF Capital, National Grid Partners and Prosperity7 VC also participated in the round.
The round values Uniphore at a flat valuation of $2.5 Bn. The startup achieved this valuation when it became a unicorn in February 2022.
“It is unlike most fundraises because, in addition to top-tier financial investors, we are joined by the world’s top AI and data companies… We are seeing exponential adoption from Fortune 500, and other large companies and this investment allows us to deliver even greater impact and accelerate innovation on behalf of our customers worldwide,” Uniphore’s cofounder and CEO Umesh Sachdev said.
Launched in June 2025, Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud lets companies use AI to make their work smarter. It can pull information from all business systems, automate tasks, answer questions, and run AI “agents” to help employees and customers—while keeping data safe and easy to manage.
Founded by Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi in 2008, Uniphore offers businesses a conversational automation platform that combines AI, workflow automation, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in a single integrated platform to transform and democratise customer experiences across industries.
In a bid to further deepen its AI stack, the enterprise tech major has been on an acquisition spree. Its recent M&As include:
- In August 2025, Uniphore announced its intention to acquire Autonom8 in August 2025. Autonom8 offers low-code automation solutions that enable businesses to design and deploy AI-driven workflows efficiently.
- In August, it also announced plans of acquiring Orby AI to develop advanced AI models and tools for process discovery.
- It announced the acquisition of customer data platform (CDP) ActionIQ in December 2024 to enhance its ability to unify and orchestrate customer data across various systems.
- It also acquired Infoworks in December 2024 to deepen its capabilities in enterprise data engineering, automating data pipelines and ensuring seamless data integration across cloud environments.
In its statement today, Uniphore said that these acquisitions are helping it support business users and CIOs adopt AI faster. “Together, they strengthen Uniphore’s end-to-end approach to Business AI, which enables customers to keep their existing models and data infrastructure, work with current tech systems, and meet security and compliance requirements,” the startup said.
Uniphore competes with playerssuch as Yellow Messenger, Vernacular.AI and Reliance Jio-owned Haptik among others in the growing conversational AI and customer service and customer engagement market.
Uniphore’s Series F comes three years after it entered the unicorn club, raising $400 Mn in its Series E round led by NEA. Overall, it had raised about $610 Mn in funding prior to this round.
