Harshit Rana 24, Arshdeep Singh 13 made important contributions and took India to 264 runs. For Australia, Adam Zampa picked up four wickets, while Xavier Bartlett took three wickets and Mitchell Starc took two wickets.

He was sent back by Arshdeep Singh for 11 runs. Travis Head was then dismissed by Harshit Rana on 28 runs. Matthew Short then scored a brilliant half-century in charge of the innings. He fell victim to Harshit Rana with 74 off 78 balls. After Matthew Renshaw 30, Alex Carey 9, Cooper Connolly took charge of Australia’s innings and scored 61 not out. Mitchell Owen also played an important knock of 36 runs.

At the end it was thought that India would win the match but Australia did not give India a deal. Xavier Bartlett 3, Mitchell Starc 4, Cooper Connolly 61 and Adam Zampa 0 not out helped the team win. Washington Sundar, Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana took 2 wickets each for India. Akshar Patel and Mohammad Siraj took one wicket each.
