- red shave
- Red chillies
- Turmeric
- Onion
- tomato
- Onion Garlic Spice
- Suk Khobar
- Garlic cloves
- salt
- Oil

Action:
- To make Chev Bhaji first, roast finely grated coconut in a kadai. Then fry onion, garlic and ginger in the same pan. Keep all the roasted ingredients to cool.
- Add all the roasted ingredients and coriander in a mixer bowl and grind it finely. You can add water while making the paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add prepared turmeric, onion garlic masala and red chillies and fry lightly. After that add allotment of masala in it and fry till the oil runs out.
- After the oil leaves the masala, add water as required and bring the masala to a boil. Then add salt to taste and mix.
- Finally add the prepared masala and bring it to a boil. Zhanni Chev Bhaji made in a simple way is ready.
