Appointment letter to youth in employment fair

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over appointment letters to more than 51 thousand youth in the 17th employment fair organized on Friday. On this occasion, he said that empowerment of youth is the priority of BJP and NDA government.

Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Modi said that receiving an appointment letter for a job amid celebrations is a new experience of success and joy. Today more than 51 thousand youth have got this happiness, and I know how much joy there will be in their families. I congratulate everyone and their families.

Addressing the newly appointed youth, he said, “You have not only got a government job, but also an opportunity to contribute to the service of the nation. I am confident that you will work with this spirit. With honesty and integrity, you will play your role in creating better systems for the future India.”

The Prime Minister further said that the mantra for the BJP government at the Center is ‘Nagrik Devo Bhava’. He said, “Our aim is to become useful in the life of every citizen through service and dedication. For the last 11 years, we have been moving towards building a developed India, in which the role of youth is important.”

He also said that India is the youngest nation in the world today and we consider the power of our youth as the biggest asset of the country. With this confidence we are progressing in every field. Our foreign policy is also being made keeping in mind the interests of the youth.

Prime Minister Modi said, “More than 11 lakh appointment letters have been distributed recently through the employment fair. This effort is not limited to government jobs only. We have also launched the PM Vikas Bharat Rojgar Yojana, which aims to provide jobs to 3.5 crore youth.”

He informed that India has made investment partnerships with many European countries, which has created thousands of new employment opportunities. “We have signed several agreements with countries like Brazil, Singapore, South Korea and Canada to promote investment and support startups and MSMEs,” he said.
