AIIMS Recruitment 2025: Faculty positions at AIIMS, salary up to 2.08 lakh; even those over 50 can apply..

AIIMS Faculty Recruitment 2025: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has released a notification for direct recruitment to faculty positions in various departments. A total of 63 positions will be filled, including Assistant Professor and Associate Professor positions. Interested candidates can apply until November 14, 2025, at 5 p.m.

Recruitment will be conducted in SC, ST, OBC, Unreserved, and EWS categories. These positions are in departments such as Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Administration, Neurosurgery, Nuclear Medicine, Pathology, and Radiology.

Salary Structure
Assistant Professor: Level 12, salary ₹1,01,500 to ₹1,67,400 per month.
Associate Professor (College of Nursing): Entry Level Pay Matrix-11, ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700 per month.

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria vary by position. Interested candidates should refer to the AIIMS official notification for detailed information. The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 50 years.

Selection Process
First Step: Preliminary shortlisting will be done based on age, educational qualifications, and experience.
Second Step: If there are more than ten valid applications for a position, objective screening of candidates will be conducted.
Candidates must upload all required documents along with their online application. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the AIIMS Standing Selection Committee.

Application Fee
General and OBC candidates will have to pay an application fee of ₹3,000. Candidates belonging to the EWS category will have to pay an application fee of ₹2,400. Candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories will also have to pay an application fee of ₹2,400, which will be refunded after appearing for the interview. Candidates belonging to the PWD category are exempted from paying the application fee.
