Actress, model, and entrepreneur Komal Aziz Khan recently shared insights into her career transition from acting to running her own business. During her appearance on  morning show, Komal Aziz Khan opened up about the challenges and perceptions she faced in both industries, revealing that while her family and peers once anticipated scandals and affairs in her showbiz career, it was her business ventures that brought unexpected struggles.

Komal Aziz  Khan, who initially rose to fame through her acting and modeling, explained why she decided to step away from acting. According to her, the entertainment industry, particularly for women, becomes increasingly difficult as they age. The opportunities for women in showbiz are often limited to their physical appearance, and once those looks change, the roles and work opportunities can dwindle. This realization led her to focus on her entrepreneurial ambitions.

Despite leaving acting, Komal Aziz Khan clarified that she wasn’t ruling out a return to the industry. She emphasized that anything could happen in the future. However, her shift to business brought a new set of challenges. She acknowledged that while showbiz, especially modeling, offers lucrative earnings, her transition to business was met with resistance and criticism from certain circles.

She revealed that, unlike her experience in showbiz, where she faced no significant trolling or criticism, her business venture attracted personal attacks and accusations. Some former employees, who had resigned from her company, launched a smear campaign against her on social media, accusing her of various wrongdoings after she refused to pay them severance for leaving without completing their notice period.

Komal Aziz Khan admitted that while many expected scandals to follow her career in acting, it was her business pursuits that led to unwarranted controversy, revealing the complex nature of transitioning from showbiz to business.
