Materials:
- semolina
- Ino
- salt
- Onion
- Green chillies
- curd
- Coriander
- salt
- Oil
Recipe: Eat one ladleful of this in winter and the whole body will be strengthened, knee, back and joint pain will be relieved
Action:
- To make a bowl of semolina instant appe, take semolina in a bowl and add curd and salt to taste and mix well.
- Cover the prepared mixture for 15 to 20 minutes and keep it aside. This will create a batter-like mixture for idli.
- Add finely chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, corn seeds to the prepared batter and mix well.
- Finally, mix ino into the batter. This will make the semolina swell and soften the dough.
- Heat your vessel and add oil. After the oil is heated properly, add the prepared appa flour to it and fry the appa until it becomes crispy on both sides.
