BSNL Launches Must-Have Rs 1812 Plan: Government-owned telecom company BSNL has launched a new plan offering a six-month subscription to BiTV Premium. Users will also get access to major OTT apps and over 500 live TV channels. Notably users can avail of the plan for a limited time from October 18 to November 18. Not only that the state-owned company to attract more users is offering discounts on several other recharge plans. Lets know more about the plan. What Is BSNLs Senior Citizen Samman Plan? The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has launched its new yearly plan specifically for the senior citizens - Senior Citizen Samman Plan. The plan is available for Rs 1812. With it users will get a validity of 365 days. What Facilities Users Will Get With The Plan? Unlimited calling across India. 2GB of daily high-speed data. 100 daily free SMSs. Six months access to BiTV Premium under which users can enjoy more than 450 live TV channels. What Are The Additional Festive Season Offers? The telecom company is offering several discounts on its recharge plans. Users who recharge with Rs 199 plan or higher will get an instant discount of 2.5 percent. To avail this offer individuals have to recharge their number through BSNLs Selfcare app/official website. Not only that the company has also re-launched a Rs 1 offer with a validity of 30 days. Users can avail this offer between October 18 and November 18. BSNL 5G Rollout Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia stated that the government-owned company will be upgrading its 4G towers to 5G in the coming six to eight months. With this upgrade the network of BSNL will greatly improve. It is worth noting that the 4G network of the company has been created with the help of companies - C-DOT Tejas Networks and Tata Consultancy Services.
