Chandigarh – Vice Chancellor of Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) Rohtak, Prof. Rajbir Singh released the prospectus of PhD course for the session 2025-26. In this session, applications have been invited for admission to a total of 457 seats in various subjects. Interested candidates can apply online on the university website till 7th November.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajbir Singh said that the process of PhD admission in the university will be completely transparent and merit based. We are paying special attention to the quality of research. The university administration is ensuring that every research scholar is provided with modern resources, proper guidance and an inspiring environment.
He further informed that the university is also working on new research policies, advanced laboratories and opportunities for international collaboration to raise the level of research. He said that our aim is that MDU should be included among the leading institutions in the field of research not only at the national but also at the international level.
