Eating Amla during change in weather improves health and also prevents diseases. Although children often shy away from eating Amla, you can make Amla pickle and feed them. Everyone likes the taste of pickle, so let us know how to make instant Amla pickle.

Ingredients required to make instant Amla pickle

– Half to one kg Amla

– one spoon mustard

– one spoon cumin

– two spoons coriander

– half teaspoon fenugreek

– black pepper

– one spoon fennel

– chilli powder

-mustard oil

– Turmeric

– Salt as per taste

– Eight to ten green chillies

Instant Amla Pickle Recipe

1. First of all, wash the gooseberry thoroughly and dry it.

2. Then boil these gooseberries in a pressure cooker and cook until slightly soft. After this, remove the gooseberries from the gas and filter them.

3. Remove the seeds and cut the gooseberry into four parts and keep them in the sun for two hours so that their water dries up.

4. Dry roast all the spices in a pan, including mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, black pepper and red chilli.

5. Now grind these spices in a grinder and make powder.

6. Heat mustard oil so that its rawness goes away.

7. When the oil becomes hot, add turmeric, red chili powder and prepared spices. Then add gooseberry and mix salt. Your instant amla pickle is ready.

8. Finally, add chopped green chillies, which will further enhance the taste of the pickle.
