Jind. The city’s main Rohtak Road has become a danger to the people due to its poor condition. Due to abundance of potholes, this road is causing accidents. Along with this, the dust flying from the road has troubled the local residents. He has requested the administration to sprinkle water here every day until the road is constructed.

President of All India Agarwal Samaj Haryana, Dr. Rajkumar Goyal said that Rohtak Road has now turned into a dangerous trap. This road, which was earlier the main route of transportation, is now completely in ruins. Deep potholes and flying dust on the road have made life difficult for people.

A two kilometer stretch was completely destroyed.

Neither pedestrians are safe, nor two-wheelers and four-wheelers. Goyal said that about two kilometer stretch from Devi Lal Chowk to Rohtak Road Bypass has been completely destroyed. Accidents are happening here every day. Sometimes bike riders fall and sometimes autos overturn. People are suffering physical, mental and financial losses due to road breakdown. Despite this, the government and administration are maintaining silence. Goyal said the condition of the road is so bad that it is difficult to understand where the potholes are and where the road is. People are neither able to walk here nor travel by vehicle.

The dilapidated condition of the road and flying dust has also affected the health of the people. Goyal said that the incidence of respiratory diseases has increased due to dust, and its effect has reached the kitchens of homes. Traders say that due to bad road conditions and dust, customers have stopped coming, due to which their business has come to a standstill.

Social worker Rajkumar Goyal has demanded from the administration that this two kilometer long road should be rebuilt immediately. Until the construction work starts, the entire road should be repaired temporarily. Due to the dilapidated condition of the road, sand balloons are flying here every day. People are suffering from respiratory diseases. In such a situation, until the construction work starts, water should be sprayed daily to prevent dust and soil on this road.
