'E' means exercise
Dr. Tarang says that you should take out some time for daily exercise. If yoga suits you then do yoga, if you want to go to the gym then go to the gym. If you are not able to do much then take a brisk walk or meet your daily target of walking 10,000 steps. Overall, it is important to keep the body active and sweat.
Take care of diet with 'D'
Your diet plays the biggest role in keeping the body healthy. Therefore, take great care of your diet. Dr. Tarang says that keep the diet as clean as possible. Vegetarian diet is much better. However, if you eat non-vegetarian food, chicken and fish are better options, avoid any kind of red meat.

If you are able to sleep even for 6 hours a day, then it should be quality sleep. However, try to get 8 hours of sleep. Instead of staying awake till late night, go to bed at 10 pm and wake up only after getting enough sleep.
Relationship with 'R' i.e. role of relationships
Relationships also affect our health. If you have people with whom you can share your heart's feelings, then you remain mentally happier. It also affects your physical health. Dr. Tarang says that there is no question of doing anything else in life, when you do not have good relationships. Therefore, focus and make efforts on quality relationships.
