According to the red herring prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the IPO will open for anchor investors on October 30. The allotment of shares is expected to be finalized on November 6, while listing on the NSE and BSE is expected on November 10.
The initial public offering (IPO) of helmet manufacturer Studds Accessories will hit the market this week. It is purely an offer for sale (OFS). The IPO will open on October 30 and close on November 3. This Gurugram-based company primarily manufactures helmets and accessories for two-wheelers.
The SME IPO of Kolkata-based Jayesh Logistics will open on October 27. Investors can invest in this IPO until October 29. The company has set a price band of ₹116–₹122 per share. Through the IPO, the company will raise a total of ₹28.63 crore by selling 23.47 lakh shares.
Another SME IPO opening next week is that of Game Changer Taxfabs. It will open on October 28 and close on October 30. The company will seek to raise ₹54.84 crore by issuing 5.4 million new shares. The IPO price band is ₹96–₹102 per share.
