In such a situation, when these points are massaged with oil, its effect is felt in the entire body. According to neurology and reflexology, foot massage calms the nervous system. It activates hormones like dopamine and serotonin. This improves sleep and mood. Sesame oil is considered excellent for massage. It nourishes the skin and strengthens the bones. Mustard oil prevents cold, improves blood circulation and provides relief from muscle pain. Mustard oil is especially beneficial in cold weather as it generates heat in the body. Night time is the best time for foot massage as it relieves fatigue and provides restful sleep. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly before sleeping. Heat sesame or mustard oil on the stove. Now massage your soles, ankles and calves with this oil gently for 5 to 10 minutes. After this, wear socks so that the oil does not get on your bedsheet. With this, the stress in the body will gradually reduce.
