  • Pvt
  • potato
  • paneer
  • Fine shave
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chillies
  • curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • Red chillies
  • Cumin powder
  • Onion tomato

Action:

  • To make Chichmeet Masala Pav first, heat oil in a kadai and fry curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add the mashed potato and mix well. After the potato is cooked, add paneer and mix.
  • Add red chillies, turmeric, garam masala and salt to taste to the prepared mixture and mix. Finally add coriander and prepare the potato mixture.
  • Make a paste by mixing garlic cloves, cumin seeds, red chillies, green chillies and water in a mixer bowl.
  • Pour the prepared paste on hot oil and fry lightly. Then add the prepared tikki to it and fry it lightly.
  • Fry the tikki until crispy on both sides. Put the roasted tikki in the pav and fry the pav after seasoning it once more. Shave on top.
