Milk ,
Elements like tryptophan, calcium, vitamin D, melatonin are found in milk. All these elements are essential for better sleep. A small glass of milk before sleeping at night can be beneficial for you. Adding a pinch of turmeric to it provides additional health benefits.

Almond ,
An element called melatonin is found in large quantities in almonds. Its job is to improve your sleep cycle. Both almonds or almond milk are beneficial for you. Similarly you can also take walnuts. Walnuts contain melatonin, serotonin and magnesium which help in the repair work of the body at night.

banana ,
Banana is kept in the category of superfood. Rich in essential minerals: Banana is rich in many minerals like iodine, vitamin B12 and fiber. Eat it anytime of the day or night, it fills the stomach and helps in getting good sleep.
