3. Neck and Shoulders: Sudden Pain and Stiffness
Blood circulation is affected due to high cholesterol. Its sign often appears in the form of sudden pain or stiffness in the neck and shoulders.
4. Stomach: Heaviness and cramps
Increase in cholesterol affects the liver and digestive system. Its symptoms may appear in the form of problems like heaviness in the stomach, cramps or belching.
Note: Experts advise that if these signs appear continuously in the body, then get checked immediately. Cholesterol can be controlled with a balanced diet, regular exercise and doctor’s advice.
