Gram: Gram contains abundant amounts of iron and selenium, and it is also a good source of folic acid. It helps in removing bad cholesterol from the body.

Gooseberry: Eating two gooseberries a day purifies the blood and improves the flow of oxygen in the body.

Garlic: Eating 4 cloves of garlic daily relieves the problem of clots in blood vessels. Due to clot, the heart is unable to pump properly, which increases the risk of heart attack. It also removes bad cholesterol.
