 
                            Monsoon Forecast: Due to Cyclone Montha, warnings have been issued for heavy rain and thunderstorms across several states. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather has changed dramatically in several states. Temperatures in Himachal Pradesh have dropped below freezing. Winter has arrived in North India, and people are now experiencing extreme cold in the mornings and evenings. Rain continues in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, as well as in several other states across North India, due to weather changes caused by Cyclone Montha. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for this.
Heavy Rains Expected in These States
The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of heavy rains across several states on October 31st. A heavy rain alert has been issued for the eastern districts of Uttar Pradesh until Friday, October 31st. Additionally, heavy rains are expected in many areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Konkan, and Goa on October 31st.
Light rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms are also forecast in these districts. Heavy rain alerts have also been issued for Kerala, Telangana, Yanam, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rayalaseema, and Tamil Nadu on October 31st. Rain is also expected in Manipur, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Mizoram, and Nagaland today.
Light rain, thunderstorms, and lightning are also expected here. Heavy rain is expected in Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands on October 31st.
Rajasthan Weather Update
According to the Meteorological Department, Udaipur, Kota divisions, and surrounding districts will remain cloudy, with light rain expected over the next four to five days. However, in other parts, the weather will remain dry in most districts from October 31st.
Rain alert on October 31
A heavy rain warning has been issued for many areas of Bihar on Friday, October 31st. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for rain in Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, and Kishanganj. A yellow alert has been issued for other districts in the state. Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected in West Champaran, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Madhepura, Saharsa, Purnia, and Katihar districts today.
