Prepare Amla
First of all, wash the Amla thoroughly and dry it. Then cut the amla into four parts. Don’t forget to remove the seeds.
Amla is preserved in a mixture of spices and oil. And then mixing them with a mixture of spices like mustard, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt, then adding hot oil and storing them. Due to this, this nutritious fruit remains safe for use throughout the year.
