Jind. Health Department Director Dr. Anil Birla made a surprise inspection of Jind Civil Hospital on Friday. During the inspection, the bedsheet was not laid properly on the bed in the emergency ward, on which he reprimanded the staff nurse. Dr. Birla clarified that any kind of negligence in hospitals will no longer be tolerated. The government is committed to improving the condition of civil hospitals.
Dr. Birla also gave instructions to improve the cleanliness system in the hospital. He said that he also took information about the facilities provided to the patients. He expressed displeasure over the lack of cleanliness at some places and said that cleanliness is the most primary task in a hospital.

He also asked the employees to dispose of biomedical waste properly. Dr. Birla said that all the necessary facilities are available in the hospital, but there is a shortage of some doctors, which will be filled soon. He also warned careless employees.
