But many times when one feels like eating pasta, either one is lazy to go out or one is unable to get that restaurant taste at home. Apart from the hassle of making white sauce and red sauce, but what if we tell you that in just 10 minutes, you can make such a spicy, spicy and wonderful desi masala pasta with the simple spices present in your home, which will not be less than any restaurant in taste? (Ingredients) You don’t need anything fancy, just take a peek in your kitchen:Pasta: 1 cup (any shape will do – penne, macaroni, whatever you like)Onion: 1, finely choppedTomatoes: 1, finely choppedCapsicum: halved, finely choppedGinger-garlic paste: 1 tspTurmeric powder: ¼ tspRed chili powder: ½ tsp (as per taste)Hot Masala: ½ tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (or Maggi Masala): 1 tsp (this is the secret ingredient!) Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp Oil: 2 tbsp Salt: as per taste Coriander: for garnishing Superfast method to make (Method) Step 1 – Boil the pasta: First of all, heat water in a vessel. When the water starts boiling, add one teaspoon salt, a little oil and pasta in it. Cook the pasta till 80-90%. Keep in mind, it should not be melted too much. After cooking, filter the water and keep it aside. Second step – Prepare the masala: Now heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and fry until it turns golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and fry for one more minute. Turn of vegetables and spices: Now add chopped capsicum and tomato. Also add salt so that the tomatoes melt quickly. When the tomatoes become soft, add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and our secret weapon – pav bhaji masala or Maggi masala and mix well. Twist to the sauce: After frying the masala for a minute, add tomato ketchup and mix well. If the masala seems too dry then add 2-3 spoons of the water that was saved after boiling the pasta. The last and most interesting step: Now add the boiled pasta in this spicy gravy. Mix it well so that the masala coats each pasta well. Cook for just one to two minutes. Now garnish: Turn off the gas. Add finely chopped green coriander on top. Your hot, spicy desi masala pasta is ready to eat! This is such an easy and quick recipe that now whenever you or your children feel like eating pasta, you will prefer to make it instead of ordering it from outside.
