The Empty Stomach Tea Habit Could Be Dangerous! Find Out Which Diseases Are Knocking

For most people, the day doesn't begin without a cup of tea, but doctors are warning that this habit on an empty stomach can pose a serious threat to health.
Drinking tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach can increase the amount of gas in the stomach, leading to symptoms like nausea, heartburn, and chronic acidity. According to experts, compounds like caffeine and theoline present in tea irritate the stomach lining and rapidly decrease the body's water content, which can put stress on the kidneys.
To avoid this issue, doctors advise drinking a glass of water first thing upon waking up. Only after a short while, and having a light snack like one or two biscuits, should one drink tea. This significantly reduces the harmful effects of tea and keeps the digestive process normal. This simple change will help keep your body and mood refreshed throughout the day.
