TWICE ’s Momo has recently made a huge investment in the real estate market, leaving everyone surprised. She recently bought a home for a whopping 4.27 billion KRW, which translates to about USD 3 million. Here’s all we know about the idol’s new and luxurious property.
Momo from TWICE purchases a new villa
The idol has recently made her purchase of a luxury villa in Archiul Village official. As per the reports shared by Allkpop, the court registered documents of the property share that the purchase contract developed for the property was signed by the iconic singer on October 23, earlier last month.

She bought a 221 square meter unit in the high‑end Arcadia Signature complex in Acheon‑dong, Guri. The purchase cost her 4.27 billion KRW, setting a record for the star. The area is well known amongst celebrities and high-end personalities, and gives a beautiful view of the city as well.

What is more shocking is the fact that the entire payment for the home was made in cash, since no mortgage has been registered on the official papers of the home. The ownership transfer has already been finalized, and the payment was made on the same day that the initial contract was signed by the TWICE member.

About her unit specifically
Momo has purchased the natural terrace type property in the villa apartment complex. This means that she has her own private garden area, along with which she also has three bedrooms in total, three bathrooms, and a study room separately.

These apartment complexes are best known for offering a breathtaking view of the Han River and Mount Achasan, which also becomes one of the reasons as to why each unit is sold off at such a high price as well.

The complex is also within a close distance of some of the main Seoul districts which include, but are not limited to Gangnam, Gangdong, Gwangjin, and Songpa.
